A new offering in 2026. ADG Energy Services Ltd has developed a Thermophysical modelling library aimed at Mac, iPhone and iPad users, initially.

  • Peng-Robinson and Soave-Redlich-Kwong equations of state
  • Full unit operation set: Valve, Heater, Pump, Compressor, Expander, Mixer, Splitter, Pipe, Separator, Scrubber
  • Beggs & Brill multiphase pipe flow correlation for wet and multiphase pipelines
  • Recycle and Adjust unit operations give greater model flexibility
  • Component splitter for basic conditioning operations (eg. dehydration)
  • Automatically generated block diagrams of your model, with PDF export

ProcessModelling isn't a drag-and-drop flowsheet editor. Every model is written as a clear deck - every stream, every piece of equipment, every condition, stated in your own words. That's a deliberate choice: it's easy to stitch blocks together by eye until something converges without ever thinking through the process you're describing. Writing it down forces that thinking to happen.
An in-app keyword assistant helps you write decks quickly - inserting the correct shape of any block, with placeholders showing exactly what's expected - without ever guessing a value on your behalf.
